An interview with personal trainer David Lawrence

Back in January, I caught up with Fitness Renaissance founder and personal trainer David Lawrence. David has been in charge of my physical preparation for beach volleyball over the past few months, and his involvement with my programme has seen some marked improvements.

Working alongside my physio, we identified a number of physical imbalances and have been working through them. A big part of that is mobility, which is something that EVERYONE can work on while in isolation. In the video, we demonstrate two exercises that are great for hip and quad mobility, as well as talking through some of the challenges David has noticed working with a beach volleyball player.
