Join Us for the 5th Annual Fireball Summer Beach Volleyball Camp in Beautiful Croyde!
Get ready for an unforgettable summer filled with beach volleyball, adventure, and sunshine! Returning for its 5th year, the Fireball Summer Camp 2026 is expanding to two full weeks of excitement — you can join for one week or stay for both! Our summer camps are unforgettable experiences designed for adventurous young people who share a common interest in beach volleyball. They get daily beach volleyball training with international-level players and coaches from across the world, as well as hanging our with like-minded young people of their age in a beautiful seaside location. Oh, and did we mention activities like surfing, coasteering, ring-riding, kayaking and canoeing too?
For those who choose our full package, the young people get to stay in the amazing St George’s House and enjoy all the facilities that it has to offer: pool table, assault course, table football, bouldering wall, grass volleyball net, table tennis and loads more. We have a professional chef on site who cooks incredible, nutritious food every day and a full evening entertainment programme too.

🌊 Bonus Day: Saturday 22nd August — a day at North Devon Wake Park for campers staying both weeks
🏐 Daily Beach Volleyball – Train and compete twice a day on the stunning Croyde Beach. There is training with expert coaches, free play sessions, camp tournaments and lots more. We can cater for beginners all the way up to international junior players-we have groups and coaches for everyone and make sure all the young people feel welcome.
🌊 Adventure Activities – Surfing, kayaking, ringo riding, coasteering, climbing, and more — all weather dependent and led by expert guides.
🎉 Evening Fun – From games and movie nights to BBQs and bonfires, there’s something for everyone. We have our infamous Taskmaster night, a disco evening, film night and (new for 2026) will have two evening tournaments too.
Stay at St George’s House, a welcoming Christian outdoor adventure centre just five minutes drive from the beach courts. Fireball and centre staff will do minibus transfers to the courts each day. Check out the 360 tour here!

We group players carefully according to gender, age and requests. When you sign up you can request people to stay with – we will make sure you get to stay together!
Overseas Players – We can arrange Bristol Airport transfers for £75. Please ensure flights arrive on the morning of the start day and depart on the evening of the final day-email hello@fireballbeachvolleyball.com for more details.
Train – We offer a pick-up service for players arriving and departing by trainfrom Barnstaple Train Station.
Car – You can also collect the players by car:
ARRIVAL: St George’s House, 2–5pm on the first Saturday of your week
DEPARTURE: Ruda Parkdean car park, around 3pm on the final Friday
Each player will be assigned a training group. They will train and do their activities with this group.
Training groups are organised by age and ability, led by Head Coach Sam Dunbavin. Preliminary groups are shared a week before camp and adjusted on site as needed.
Adventure sessions (such as surfing, kayaking, or climbing) are scheduled around weather and surf conditions to ensure the best and safest experience. There are a variety of activities to choose from and players can always choose to do extra volleyball instead of the adventure activities if they wish.
Full Package
The full package offers the whole summer camp experience. You will stay in St George’s House with full board accommodation and access to all the evening entertainment, plus the full range of activities and volleyball!
Just Play Option
Are you a local or prefer to arrange your own accommodation? The Just Play package lets you join all the volleyball and adventure fun, including tournament entry, camp vest, BBQ, and the awards dinner.

Enjoy full board catering cooked by our in-houses chef. 3 meals a day prepared with care — with options for all dietary needs. We always have vegetarian options every mealtime and provide further snacks and treats around training to keep everyone fuelled up for all the activities!

We take our coach recruitment really seriously. We only hire in coaches with a full DBS check and a valid coaching licence and provide safeguarding training for them. Many of our coaches are international players, but above all they are all fantastic, motivated coaches who love working with young people and want to help them learn.

This camp is perfect for volleyball enthusiasts aged 10–20 of all skill levels. Whether you’re new to the sand or chasing elite competition, you’ll train, play, and make friends for life. Coming solo? No worries — we’ll match you with a friendly group. We’ve had complete beginners and international players meet at the camp and leave as great friends. As long as you come with a passion for volleyball and a love for adventure, this camp will be perfect for you!
