Welcome to our third Winter Tournament of the season! This will be on Sunday, 22nd February at the Village Green.
Don’t let the chilly weather keep you away — this event is open to players of all levels. Expect a fun, friendly day of beach volleyball to stay active and enjoy the winter vibes.
We’ll keep you warm with:
- Free hot chocolate (Please bring a mug with you!)
- Gazebo shelter for players and spectators
Format
This tournament is open to Men’s, Women’s, and Mixed pairs and we may allocate points handicaps to ensure competitive gameplay. This is not a UKBT tournament. We will play pool games followed by single elimination and place play-offs, guaranteeing you at least 5 games. We welcome teams of all levels to these events.
We will send out a full schedule with a live draw and venue information in the week before the tournament.
Price
The tournament is £20 per team.
We have a maximum of 10 spots available, so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment!
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy can be found here. Our events will go on in most weathers – so please be prepared to come along! Pulling out due to rain or cold on the day will not be treated as an acceptable excuse, and you will not receive money back.
If the event is cancelled for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
If your circumstances change and you cannot attend, please let us know with 48 hours notice to receive a full refund. Between 48 hours and the event start time, you will received a half refund; after the event start time you will not receive a refund.
